A teacher at the Saint John Academy, Mrs. Fritts’ expertise is in language arts and religious education. In her position, she is responsible for instructing second-grade students in religious studies and all school subjects. She also prepares students for receiving Holy Communion. Mrs. Fritts aims to teach her students in an engaging manner and encourage them to love understanding. She attributes her success to her challenging function and passion for her profession.

In 1987, Mrs. Fritts earned a Master of Arts in education from the University of Virginia; she also holds a teaching certification in the state of Virginia. In 2008, she was honored by the Catholic Diocese of Arlington with a Distinguished Teacher of the Year Award.
